Eight companies under the umbrella of WPP have been appointed to revamp the Dulsco brand across the MENA region. Based in Dubai for over 80 years, Dulsco is an HR solutions and waste management service company that has 12,000 employees servicing customers across the region. J. Walter Thompson INSIDE will lead the consortium of WPP companies including Kantar, Brand Union, Mirum, NewsLab, Hill + Knowlton and mindshare to handle the rebranding process of Dulsco.
