Publicis consolidates regional LeoComm offices

Publicis Communications has consolidated its six-office LeoComm PR network in the Middle East under the brand of MSLGroup, its strategic communications and engagement firm. Leocomm offices in the UAE, Egypt, Lebanon, Qatar and Saudi Arabia will now become MSLGROUP in the Middle East, while remaining part of the Publicis Communications MEA portfolio of agencies, which also includes; Leo Burnett, Publicis Worldwide, Flip Media, Arc and Saatchi & Saatchi. MSLGROUP’s Communications and Network Consulting (CNC) Network also has offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, servicing mostly corporate and public affairs clients, which will remain a separate unit inside of MSLGROUP.

George Eid joins Murr TV

George Eid has joined the Murr TV team as Deputy Editor-in-Chief and Senior Correspondent. George, who previously worked as Deputy News Editor and International Correspondent for Sky News Arabia, will be managing the editorial teams and assisting the Editor-in-Chief in daily editorial tasks, as well as reporting on war coverage, political and social coverage, and feature and investigative reports.

“I am very excited to be joining the news department at Murr TV Lebanon, on of the leading channels in the country,” says George. “I’m also looking forward to working closely with professionals in Lebanon and across the Middle East in my capacity as Deputy Editor-in-Chief. Assuming the position of Senior Correspondent, I will be covering news across Lebanon as well as internationally.”
