Media communications agency, Starcom Middle East, has been appointed by Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTCM) to handle its media mandate for the region. DCTCM is a government body established for the branding, promotion and marketing of Dubai as a leading international business and leisure destination. Starcom will be responsible for the entire media mandate and social media of Dubai Tourism for the GCC as well as the Middle East to attract international and regional investment and promote tourism.
