SPINNEYS APPOINTS HOUSE OF COMMS

Spinneys has appointed House of Comms as its retained agency to manage its PR across the region. The Dubai-based integrated communications agency has formerly worked on a project basis for the supermarket chain but will now manage all of it’s PR operations.
