Manny D’jornor joins Pinpoint

Dubai-based media company, Pinpoint Media Group has appointed Manny D’jornor to the role of Director of Advertising Sales. With a degree in Economics and Banking from the University of Greenwich, UK, Manny has worked on Wall Street in New York City and most recently at ScribbleLive Vice President of Sales and Operations in Canada. In his new role, he will manage and oversee the advertising sales team and work towards the growth of Pinpoint Media Group in Dubai and across the region.

iProspect MENA appoints Regional General Manager

The Dentsu Aegis Network digital performance agency, iProspect has appointed Iyad Tibi to the role of Regional General Manager. With over 14 years of digital experience, he was previously Search Director at iProspect and most recently head of Reprise Media MENA. In his new role, Iyad will be responsible for the agency’s evolution by diversifying and developing its service offering as well as driving regional expansion.

New Account Executive at Brazen

In her new role, she will be responsible for content creation for breaking news and features as well as work with digital clients to boost multimedia presence of the brand through social media.

Active DMC makes new appointment

Active (Digital, Marketing, Communications) has appointed Mai Elsayed to the role of Junior Communications Executive. A graduate in Mass Communication with a specialisation in Public Relations, Mai will contribute to a range of services that include content management and social media, as well as media relations and event management for the agency’s clients.

New Regional Content Director at Action

Action Global Communications has appointed Barry King to the role of Regional Content Director for the GCC. With over 15 years of editorial experience, Barry was most recently Editor at 7DAYS UAE. In his new role, he will be responsible for creating and curating content for the agency’s clients across the region.

New Communications Director at TKD Lingerie

Grey Middle East welcomes new CCO

Global communications agency, Grey Group has promoted Ali Shabaz to the role of Chief Creative Officer (CCO) for its Middle East offices. Previously CCO for Grey Group in Southeast Asia, Ali has over 20 years of experience as a Creative Director. In his new role, he will be based in Dubai and will report to Nirvik Singh, Chairman and CEO of Grey Group – Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

TOH welcomes new F&B and Hospitality Director

Dubai-based PR agency, TOH PR has appointed Diana Ionescu to the role of F&B and Hospitality Director.
