APP, part of the ITP Publishing Group, has been awarded the contract to publish Villa 88 magazine. Villa 88 is a quarterly luxury fashion lifestyle brand targeting high-end Emirati women, and includes a magazine that is delivered in gift boxes directly to their main residences. The English-language magazine has a direct distribution to 5,000 Emirati women from leading local families, with the top 2,000 VIPs receiving their copies in an exclusive Villa 88 gift box. The title is unique, as through Founder Asma Al Fahim’s editorial direction it showcases fashion and luxury products that appeal to the particular tastes and sensibilities of its readers, and its limited distribution allows brands the opportunity to sample and gift an exclusive audience.
“I selected APP as the publishing partner of Villa 88 as I was convinced that both the quality and integrity would be maintained by them,” says Asma. “I will still be very hands-on with my role as Creative Director, as my understanding and insight is key to this magazine being able to resonate and represent its readers. We have an exciting year ahead of us as we expand the Villa 88 brand into other areas including bespoke events, research and luxury services aimed at this niche market.
