Starcom to handle Etisalat Misr

Media communications agency Starcom, part of Publicis Media, has been appointed to represent the Egypt subsidiary of Etisalat Group, Etisalat Misr. Starcom will be responsible for managing the full scope of media services across Egypt by providing all strategic planning, media buying and customer engagement.
