hug digital has won the regional digital account for Festival City malls across the UAE, Egypt and Qatar. The agency was already handling digital duties – including strategy, content, social, media and activations – for Dubai Festival City. After the successful implementation of Dubai’s ‘Cityfest’ activation, hug has now extended their remit to handle both Cairo and Doha Festival City malls following competitive pitch processes.
