Melanie Mingas joins BNC Publishing

BNC Publishing has welcomed Melanie Mingas to the role of Group Editor of its business portfolio. Melanie previously worked with CPI Media Group as Group Managing Editor, and has over five years of experience in journalism.

In her new role, she will lead the continued growth of Catering News Middle EastConstruction Business News Middle EastHotel News Middle East and Logistics News Middle East in print, online and through a series of industry events. Melanie will also lead the group’s B2B digital communications and manage the direction of a series of events due to take place over the coming months.

Construction Business News ME to officially launch

Construction Business News ME (CBNME) is officially being launched this week by BNC Publishing. A B2B publication dedicated to the construction industry in the MENA region, CBNME concentrates on the latest developments in the building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), facilities management, construction machinery, architecture and real estate sector.

With a circulation of 7,300 to be distributed throughout the GCC – concentrating on the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar – the monthly magazine will be dedicated to sector-specifics in the content streams of news, products, technological advancements and equipment, as well as interviews with relevant figures from the industry.

Charlotte Ringrose joins BNC Publishing

Charlotte Ringrose has joined BNC Publishing as Senior Sales Manager. Prior to joining the team, Charlotte was Sales Manager with the hospitality division of ITP Publishing for two years, covering Hotelier Middle East, Caterer Middle East and Arabian Travel News. Adding to her experience, Charlotte also worked previously as a Media Sales Consultant for Johnston Press in the UK. In her new position, Charlotte will act as the first line of contact for the hospitality B2B print and digital segments.

“This is a promising shift for me,” says Charlotte. “As someone who has represented industry print and digital mediums in this market for years, I’m excited to put my experience to work at BNC’s hospitality arm. We’re going to do great things!”

Aby Thomas joins BNC Publishing

Aby Thomas has joined BNC Publishing as Managing Editor of Entrepreneur Middle East. Aby joins the team from ITP Publishing, where he was previously Editor of Facilities Management Middle East, and prior to this was a freelance journalist based in New York. As the new Managing Editor, Aby will liaise with the publication’s Editor-in-Chief, Fida Chabaan, to develop business-relevant content which engages readers across print, web and social mediums. He will also directly manage the in-house columnists, and facilitate the BNC Publishing team’s professional development, as part of its staff retention and growth strategy.

Logistics News ME magazine launches

Logistics News ME magazine has launched across the Middle East. The monthly B2B publication will be circulated across the GCC, with most of the circulation concentrated in the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. With 5,240 copies to be distributed on a complimentary basis to logistics professionals, as well as those in other sectors that cross-over with logistics, Logistics News ME provides focused, accurate and up-to-date business information and market intelligence on the supply chain management and logistics industry in the Middle East.

Jayant Dey has joined the team at BNC Publishing as Group Sales Manager. Having spent five years in advertising sales with ITP Publishing Group across Logistics Middle East, Scata Awards and the Logistics Conference, Jayant will now be instrumental in launching an upcoming logistics magazine in the UAE – set to go out in the regional market in the near future – as well as working with other products at BNC Publishing.

Hotel News Middle East magazine launches

BNC Publishing has debuted Hotel News Middle East magazine across the UAE. Launched this week alongside the Hotel Show in Dubai, the publication is geared towards discerning hoteliers and will act as a vital resource for industry professionals seeking reliable, current information about the region’s burgeoning hospitality space. Covering the latest industry news and analysis, information about new products, trends and services, 6,850 copies of Hotel News Middle East will be circulated across the GCC monthly, with the majority concentrated in the UAE and KSA. The publication will be distributed on a complimentary basis to hospitality industry professionals, reaching key opinion leaders across the GCC.

Wissam Younane has joined the BNC Publishing team as Managing Partner. Previous Sales Director for ITP Publishing, Wissam will now act as Director for Entrepreneur Middle EastEntrepreneur Qatar and Entrepreneur AlArabiya and and will be corporately and commercially responsible for other company interests.
