Driving Growth wins new retail account

Driving Growth has secured the PR account for health retailer Holland and Barrett. Part of Al Khayyat Investments in Dubai, Holland and Barrett will open its 20th UAE store in March with hopes for further expansion before the end of the year. Driving Growth will handle all day-to-day PR activities for the retailer, including press coverage, events and brand partnerships.

Lotus secures healthcare account

Lotus Communications has secured the PR and marketing account for Bioscience Clinic. The clinic, located in Dubai Healthcare City, specialises in regenerative medicine and Lotus will be working on all PR, marketing, social media and brand management in order to raise awareness for the centre across the region.

Katch to promote MEFCC

The Alliance, organisers of the Middle East Film and Comic Con (MEFCC), have formed a strategic partnership with Katch International to help promote MEFCC 2016. The event will take place from April 7 – April 9, 2016 at the Dubai World Trade Centre and aims to attract fans, cosplayers, enthusiasts, industry leaders, artists, writers, directors and entrepreneurs from across the Middle East and beyond.

Make-A-Wish UAE partners with communications firm

Make-A-Wish UAE grants thousands of wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions in the UAE and the broader region. BNC Publishing appointed by Gulfood

Q Communications secures GCC property account

Omnia PR to work with Mawaheb from Beautiful People

Omnia’s PR division will be working with charitable organisation Mawaheb from Beautiful People, in an effort to raise the profile of the charity as an open art studio for adults with special needs. Located in the Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood, Mawaheb from Beautiful People bridges the gap between society and those with a disability. Through art, corporate workshops and team building events with external groups, the studio integrates its students into the community whilst assisting in the development of life skills, encouraging them to be more independent.

Omnia will assist with the promotion of Mawaheb from Beautiful People’s work; the art exhibitions and events in which they participate, as well as the open studio that allows passersby to drop in. The agency will also work on e-marketing and the launch of the charity’s new coffee and art shops that will be staffed by its students.

Brazen secures new signing
