Jumeirah Restaurants is the separate branded restaurant division of Jumeirah Group, the Dubai-based hospitality company and member of Dubai Holding. They are responsible for setting up innovative fine and casual dining concept which have included the Caprice Holdings concepts such as The Ivy, Rivington Grill Souk Al Bahar and Rivington Bar & Grill Souk Madinat Jumeirah, and independent concepts such as Urbano in Souk Al Bahar.
