Known as pioneer of Contemporary Dance in the Gulf, Krista Degaetano has successfully set up Contemporary Dance Dubai (CDD) in 2010 as a Professional Dance Company and School. With Dubai’s talented dancers and artists, having a base where to train technically and building on creativity and fitness has become a must. CDD offers Contemporary Dance and Contemporary Ballet classes for kids, teens and adults from beginner to advanced and professional levels. CDD also offers Contemporary Fitness and Yogalates & Stretch classes, which are essential for dancers to strengthen their core, improve their cardio and work on their flexibility. CDD classes are continuously filled with an array of inspired and new exercises to warm up and work through technique, alignment, core strength, flexibility, creativity and flow.
