New to the Dubai gastronomic scene, Urban Bistro is based on a philosophy of sustainable eating in a progressive environment, ultimately seeking to create an urban retreat from the daily grind of modern city living. A venue of four parts namely Bistro, Deli, Café, and Retail. While each segment features its own unique offerings they have been collectively anchored by four principles which have defined our Urban experiment namely Sustainability, Community, Quality and Ingenuity.
