Dubai-based digital advertising agency, hug digital has signed an agreement with the exclusive licensee of the Nokia brand for phones and tablets, HMD Global. Founded in 2016, HMD Global aims to rebrand Nokia phones and tablets as well as plan for them to run on the Android operating system. The new partnership will see hug digital handle all marketing and communications activities for HMD Global across the MENA region by working on the brand’s social assets while providing content creation, community management, digital campaigns, reporting, research and web listening.
