Empyre Communications launches in the UAE

New full-service PR agency, Empyre Communications launches in the UAE. Founded by Stephanie Farah, who previously worked with TOH PR and most recently with with Havas US across brands such as Ferrari, JW Marriot Marquis and Jumeirah Restaurant Group, the new agency aims to provide businesses with fully integrated PR services that work to aid long-term partnerships with clients. The agency will also bring together intuition and digital technology to empower its clients and transform the way communities relate to luxury brands. It has signed Parlour Boutique, Diva Brow and Kishmish as some of its first clients.

“Empyre has been an idea I have been developing in my mind for a while and I have finally assembled the dream team to see it to reality,” says Stephanie. “As a young, female millennial, I feel proud to have made such a decision at twenty-six years old. We are young, we are creative, we are social and we are driven! I am very excited to see what the future holds.”

Solutions Leisure welcomes Lucy Perrott

Solutions Leisure has appointed Lucy Perrott to the role of Group PR and Communication Manager. Lucy previously worked with COPIA as Communications Manager, where she managed campaigns such as CATCH Dubai, Sass Café and Blue Marlin Ibiza Dubai. She most recently worked with Seven Media as PR Director and handled a number of clients including Jumeirah Restaurant Group, Nando’s KSA and INGLOT. In her new role, she will drive campaigns using creative tactics and forward-thinking strategies, while leading her team and educating them on communication and PR content.

Q Communications begins expansion programme

Dubai-based communications consultancy Q Communications has begun a new operation in Abu Dhabi – the first step in its expansion programme across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). With a portfolio of current clients including Jumeirah Restaurant Group, Al Gurg Group, and the Accor Group, Q Communications will be building on its reputation upon the launch of its Abu Dhabi office, known as Q Communications ME. The office is planned to open on October 1, 2015 within the twofour54 hub, and will provide fully integrated public relations, social media, digital and event services.
