Future Tech Media acquires Adzouk

Dubai-based digital advertising agency, Future Tech Media has acquired the digital advertising network, Adzouk. Founded in 2011, the programmatic supply side network works with advertisers including General Motors, Unilever and Jaguar Land Rover across the MENA region. The acquisition aims to increase client needs particularly in Africa and Asia while strengthening Future Tech Media’s strategic positioning in the region.

New Chief Marketing Officer at General Motors ME

General Motors has appointed Molly Peck to the role Chief Marketing Officer for the Middle East. With over 20 years of experience in working with General Motors, Molly has worked across several automotive brands including Chevrolet as Director of Advertising and Sales Promotion, and most recently with Buick as Director of Marketing. In her new role, she will be responsible for all marketing and customer experience strategies as well as programs for the GMC and Chevrolet brands across ten Middle East markets where General Motors operates. She will also handle the brand communications, advertising, digital marketing, retail experience and customer engagement of the automotive brands in the region.

Faten Abdulla joins House of Comms

House of Comms has appointed Faten Abdulla to the role of Regional Arabic Media Manager. With over 15 years of experience, Faten has previously worked for a number of well-known companies including Hill+Knowlton Strategies as well as Proctor & Gamble, Saudi Aramco and General Motors. In her new role, she will oversee all Arabic media for the integrated communications agency across the region.

Felix Weller joins General Motors

Felix Weller has joined General Motors as the Director of Sales and Marketing – Cadillac. The former Sales Director for Audi Middle East has taken on this newly created role as part of General Motors’ strategy to focus on Cadillac as a premium brand. Felix will lead Cadillac’s marketing and sales strategy for the Middle East region, in order to further the brand’s growth and position as a key contender in the luxury automotive market.
