Results International has been active on many consultancy projects and also on a number of M&A transactions in this region. Specifically, we advised -Flip Media on its acquisition by Leo Burnett/Publicis Groupe and AME Info (owned by Top Right Group) on its acquisition by Mediaquest. We have also advised agencies on expanding into new markets or fields by finding local partners in places such as Qatar and Kuwait, or partners in digital. We have prepared a comprehensive digital study for one of the main marketing communications groups in the region and conducted commercial due diligence for an international network.
