Fauchon introduces to its universe of culinary specialties, each department represented by a different sensorial and colour experience, all structured around the large pink glass stairwell: On the second Floor: brown crocodile skin represents chocolate, green anise resin evokes the fruits, bamboo for tea and coffee and mahogany for savoury creations. Pink and Silver is the decor of the Fauchon Paris, le Cafe restaurant, a very contemporary space highlighting the new image of the brand but also remaining faithful to Fauchon’s heritage. In this environment the new collections are brought to focus – taste a range of caviars, salmons, foie gras and ham serve with daily specials.
