Q Communications secures BiCE
Dubai-based communications agency, Q Communications has won the contract to handle all PR, marketing and social media activities for BiCE Ristorante. Located in the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort, JBR, BiCE offers a contemporary and sleek Italian affair, with a combination of both traditional and modern plates.
