Emma Proctor, has taken on the role of Editor-in-Chief of Oasis Living magazine, the monthly magazine centred around life in Al Ain. In her new role, Emma will work on commissioning stories, leading the Oasis Living editorial team, as well as writing and growing the publication’s readership. She will also continue to work in her existing role as Co-Founder of photography and copywriting agency, Blowfish Media.
“It is a great time to join Oasis Living as it is such a well-established UAE title and the leading publication in Al Ain,” says Emma. “Considering the ups and downs of the market it has been a real success story. The focus is on community news, travel and lifestyle – but it is the magazine’s buzzing online and social media presence that makes it unique. I am looking forward to the revamp we are now undergoing with the title and feek certain that 2017 will see Oasis Living grow tremendously.”
